"The rewards of sobriety are bountiful and as progressive as the disease they
counteract.  Certainly among these rewards for me are release from the prison of uniqueness, and the realization that participation in the A.A. way of life is a blessing and a privilege beyond estimate -- a blessing to live a life free from the pain and degradation of drinking and filled with the joy of useful, sober living, and a privilege to grow in sobriety one day at a time and bring the message of hope as it was brought to me."
Alcoholics Anonymous, page 451

Working a 12 Step recovery program is certainly a challenge and an adventure for each individual in the program.  Putting the Steps to work in a marriage or committed relationship requires a level of courage, rigorous honesty and ego-deflation that goes beyond individual recovery.

This Personal Recovery Workshop features two couples who will share their experience, strength and hope with working the 12 Steps in their marriages.  There are few opportunities to hear couples talk together about how the program works in a marriage. We hope you will share this evening with Claire & Joe and Diane & Greg as they talk about how they have come to “intuitively know how to handle situations which used to baffle us”. (11th Promise) Alcoholics Anonymous, pages 83-84

Please share this information with others in the fellowship. There is no need to register.  As always, these workshops are free of charge.  Please visit us on-line at www.anonymousfoundation.org.
